Bands seem to be getting younger these days, I have food in my freezer older than this Australian Indie four-piece. Alt-Pop harmonies and impressive song skills, catchy as hell, you`ll need neurosurgery to get the lead track `Awkward` out of your head. The five track E.P has a brave stab at 505 by The Arctic Monkeys, it`s languorously laid-back in comparison to the original but ultimately a honest effort with genuine influence. The `Awkward` EP is slated for a digital release on February 7th through their own record label Island City Records independently through MGM.
